We offer hassle-free exchanges and returns on our products within 5 days of delivery. If any request is raised after 5 days of product delivery, we will not be able to process your exchange request.

We offer refunds only in the form of store credits for COD orders. However, you can exchange your product for any item from our website.
- All prepaid orders are eligible for refund to their original mode of payment.

For all return requests, ₹150/ will be levied. The amount refunded (in the form of store credits or refund to source) will be equivalent to the amount paid for the product after deducting ₹150/- for prepaid orders and ₹300/ for COD orders (COD charges + return service charges)

The courier company will make two pickup attempts. In the event that they are unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to return the package to the company address. Reverse pickup is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Kindly ensure that the items are returned in their original packaging, with no signs of usage or damage, and all tags still attached. If any item is found (i) used, (ii) without proper tags, (iii) packaging, (iv) missing (not due to an error), (v) the wrong product is sent, the product will be sent back to the customer and the shipping charges for the same will be borne by the customer.

Exchange timeline is subject to the availability of stock. While we will try our best to dispatch your piece at the earliest, it may not always be possible to immediately ship out the size you require.

Refunds issued in the form of store credits can be used while making any future purchases and are valid for 1 year from the date of issuing.

Customized products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Items once exchanged are not eligible for returns.

We offer convenient cross-category exchanges for our products, enabling you to exchange items such as shoes for a T-shirt or vice versa.

If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you will be required to pay just the difference.

If the value of the replacement product is less than the same will be refunded to you as a store credit (1 credit = ₹ 1).

Exchange is subject to the availability of size/product variant(s). If your desired size/product for exchange is not available, we will provide you with store credits.

An amount of ₹200/- will be charged on the second exchange request for the same order. You’ll receive the payment link for this from us. The exchange will be confirmed only after the amount is received by us.

To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns/exchanges on certain product categories, including but not limited to rugs, scarves, throws, quilts, cushion covers, bed covers, and, bed sheets. Lemonade may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

COD charges are non-refundable.

In case the ordered item is out of stock, the item can be replaced as per your choice or the amount will be refunded back to the source account (in case of prepaid orders) within 5-7 working days from the date of receiving information about unavailability.

Items bought under any sale or offer such as FF (Flash Friday) sale including combo deals will not be eligible for returns or refunds. However, we offer convenient cross-category exchanges.

Only authorized returns and exchanges will be processed. Any returns sent without authorization will be refused and Lemonade will not be liable to provide refund/replacement.

While we are serviceable for reverse pickups to more than 32000 pin codes, there could be a case where the reverse pickup is unserviceable due to (i) operational constraints, or (ii) unavailability of service. In all such cases, you’ll have to courier the product(s) back to us at the address provided by the customer care executive.

Within 3 business days of returning the product(s), the eligible amount will be refunded as credits to Lemonade wallet and flat ₹150/- in lieu of shipping charges will be refunded to the bank account provided by customer.
Note: We recommend using Speed Post for shipping the product as they are the most reliable and widely distributed postal network in India.
Damaged/defective or missing items
Our products go through stringent quality control checks before it is dispatched to you and we take utmost care in providing you with the right quality product. However, in rare cases where the product received by you is damaged in transit or you found any defect in it or certain item(s) are missing then reach out to us within 24 hrs of delivery of the product along with the images/videos to help you.
Sale Items
Items purchased under sale such as Flash Friday or at any price other than regular price are not eligible for returns. However, all these products can be exchanged cross-category.
Cancellations
Apparel items on the Lemonade website are made to order, and the manufacturing of these items is initiated after an order has been placed by the customer.
- Non-apparel items go into packing within 24 hours of placing the order. Hence order once placed cannot be cancelled after this 24-hour window.
