We offer easy exchanges on all our products within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges will be accepted only if the product is in its original condition with all tags attached and show no signs of usage or damage. We offer convenient cross-category exchanges for our products, enabling you to exchange your order with any product from a different category. Exchanges are free of cost and shipping charges are on us.
Returns will be provided only if:
(i) Product received is damaged in transit
(ii) Wrong product
has been delivered by Lemonade
For any other return requests (if accepted) a flat handling charge of ₹ 100 will be applicable. Refunds
for COD orders will be provided in the form of non-expirable store credits (1 credit = ₹ 1). Only
